- No-one pays up-front – graduates only pay once they’re earning over £21,000 a year
- Everyone’s monthly payments will be lower than under the current system
- All unpaid debt is written off after 30 years
- Parents will not have to pay anything
- Universities will have more money to spend on teaching and resources
- Labour’s Graduate Tax would have meant that students from poor families pay more and the rich paid less
